Advertising on this web site is on an annual basis. There is no implied continuation of advertising from one year to the next. Net Visuals can decide not to renew advertising or paid services to any customer where the contract has expired. Advertisers are responsible for the data provided and that no copyright law has been infringed. If a dispute over ownership of items displayed on this web site supplied by a customer is raised by a third party, Net Visuals does not accept any personal or financial liability. This resides with the advertiser.

Where an advertiser breaches the any of the terms set out in our Terms and Conditions Net Visuals can at any time suspend or close services without refund.
